Pressavon has the capability to manufacture a wide range of customer specified, metal pressed-components utilising its knowledge of ‘progression-tooling & stampings’. These may be supplied as either single-finished components or as sub-assemblies and comprising of brackets, clips, tubes, elastomer sleeves and/or machined components. OEM / Automotive applications are usually to be found with more complex geometries / critical installations such fluid-transfer, ‘under bonnet’ and axle / suspensions, all of which typically have to meet comprehensive advanced quality planning requirements.

Pressavon will project manage customer requirements from initial inquiry, feasibility study, prototyping off laser-cut blanks, costing, tool design, prototypes (upon request using laser-cut blanks & simple punch / pierce tooling) through to pre-series manufacture, undertaking subsequent process trials and validation before series-supply.

Pressavon are able to manufacture bespoke pressed components from a variety of ‘cold-working’ materials such as both cold & hot rolled mild steels, high tensile-strength steels, stainless steel and even non-ferrous metals such as aluminium or copper, upon demand. Pressavon will always consider the best options with customers at the inquiry stage, calling upon its considerable expertise to develop technically cost-efficient solutions and also project manage bespoke sub-suppliers as necessary.
